LESBIAN BED DEATH, the UK female
fronted HARD ROCK / GOTHIC PUNK band, are back with their fifth
studio album, EVIL NEVER DIES. The recording of the album has been
funded by their fans following another successful PledgeMusic campaign, which
saw the band raise more money than ever before thanks to their increasing fan
base.
EVIL NEVER DIES was recorded at the
acclaimed Chairworks Studio in Leeds (Skindred/Marmozets/Kaiser Chiefs), with
mixing and mastering completed at Lower Lane Studios in Stoke-on-Trent. The
award winning Dutch fantasy artist, IRIS COMPIET, created the album
cover artwork based on the band's medusa vampire character, and pays tribute to
the cult Hellraiser film poster.
EVIL NEVER DIES has a sound that
shows the band's huge love for 80s hard rock tainted with moody gothic tinges,
all delivered with a fresh contemporary twist. A dark sense of humour runs
throughout the album, which lends itself well to the lyrics about sour
relationships and Horror movies. Forthcoming singles include the title track, EVIL
NEVER DIES (music video on Youtube: https://youtu.be/Drgit3jBqIk), SON OF A
THOUSAND MANIACS and SATAN IN THE SWAMPS.
EVIL NEVER DIES is the first album
to feature new singer, SIENNA VENOM, and new lead guitarist, VIK
VOODOO, who originally played on LBD's first album, 'I Use My Powers For
Evil'. Founder member, MR PEACH, retains his status on rhythm guitar,
and the band will be joined by AARON SAMEDI on drums and ROY SWAMPI
on bass for live shows.
EVIL NEVER DIES will be released on
23rd September 2016 on Psychophonic Records via Shellshock Distribution.

LESBIAN BED DEATH will be hitting the
road later this year to promote the new album. This will be the first tour to
showcase LBD's new singer, SIENNA VENOM, who has already gained the band
many new fans since the release of the 'Evil Never Dies' music video, back in
